4,3,2,1 – part 2! Well you guys loved part one of me showing you 4 different 3 ingredient recipes that use just 3 ingredients, so here is another! This time a hazelnut chocolate milkshake, strawberry crème brûlée, cheats lasagne and a pull apart cranberry brie dip! … 4 recipes made with 3 ingredients each! I hope this inspires you to have a go and pick up a pan, this was a really fun challenge!

3 Ingredient Strawberry crème brûlée

This dessert is super fun, using a hack to make the dessert using ice cream! I did an optional meringue topping, but it was maybe a bit over the top! First up melt the ice cream in a mixing bowl, using a microwave on short blasts. Remove and beat in the egg yolk with a whisk until fully incorporated. If you are not making the meringue don’t separate the eggs. Pour the mixture into ramekins, place them in a small deep baking dish and top with some just boiled water around them two thirds of the way up. Bake in the oven pre-heated to gas mark 5 or equivalent for 30 minutes, it should be firmed on top but have a little wobble still. Remove and cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge to chill. After an hour remove from fridge sprinkle on some sugar and blast with a chefs torch to caramelise / place under a grill. If you want to go the extra step whip up the reserved egg whites until stiff peaks form, add a tbsp sugar and whisk again for a minute until glossy, spoon on the top of the dessert roughly and again torch to char the meringue – amazingly awesome!

3 Ingredient Cheats lasagne (ravioli bake)

This is super simple, and yes calling it a lasagne is a bit over the top but hey, it’s close enough. Simply grab a baking dish and add a little tomato sauce to the bottom, just a small layer, then add a row of ravioli, top with cheese and repeat the layers of sauce, ravioli, cheese until you get to the top and finish with the cheese. Cover in foil and bake in an oven pre-heated to gas mark 5 or equivalent for 30minutes, then remove the foil and bake through for another 10-15 minutes to brown the cheese on top!

3 Ingredient Hazelnut chocolate milkshake

Super simple! Add the room temperature ice cream, hazelnut milk and chocolate powder to your blender. Whizz away, that is it. And it tastes out of this World! If you don’t have a blender, you could beat it with a whisk in a mixing bowl!

3 Ingredient Brie pull apart bread dip

Gooey, sweet, tangy dip with ready made toasted dunking bread sticks? Ok. Grab a loaf of bread, use the bread as a template and place on top in the middle of it, cut around the bread carefully. And remove a crater of bread, don’t go all the way down, press down the bread that’s left in the circle crater a bit and place the brie into it. You don’t need to slice it or anything. Now slice finger shapes all around the bread loaf, so you can rip them off once baked! Dollop cranberry sauce on top of the brie surface and place the whole thing on a baking tray! Bake for 25 minutes at gas mark 5 or equivalent, then use the ready made toasted bread sticks to dunk in the gooey cheese and cranberry!

So there we have it, 4 super easy 3 ingredient recipes! I want these to give you inspiration so that you can maybe add 1 or 2 things and really take these things to flavour town, good luck!
