Grilled Maple Salmon

Olive Oil, For Grilling
Salt and Ground Black Pepper
2 Thick Skin-on Salmon Fillets
75 g Maple Syrup
4 tbsp Butter, Melted
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Few Asparagus Spears
2 Lemons
1 Red Chilli
Fresh Parsley

In this video recipe Barry is showing you how to make a delicious grilled maple salmon dish on the BBQ. Of course you can make this indoors on your grill or even oven bake, it’s a really simple marinade that the salmon fillets get dunked into served up with asparagus, lemon, parsley and a little chilli.
