Zesty Prawn Bruschetta

300g shrimp / prawns (no shell, heads etc)
1tbsp honey, drop of worcester sauce,
1 orange, 1 lemon, tsp smoked paprika,
drop of balsamic vinegar, 2tbsp olive oil,
ground black pepper, tbsp soy sauce,
few sprigs lemon thyme, tbsp chopped parsley,
rocket salad, small baguette for toasts
