Strawberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

½  avocado, stoned & peeled cut into chunks

6 large strawberries, hulled

200ml skimmed milk

4 tbsp low-fat yoghurt

Juice of a lime, start with half and tweak

1tsp honey start with half and tweak

 

How to make a super delicious strawberry avocado smoothie. It’s super delicious, low fat with a yummy creamy taste and very quick to make! The ingredients listed will make enough for one person so ratio up as necessary.

The steps could not be simpler, just add all of the ingredients into your blender (ensuring the strawberries are hulled properly!) whizz away and have a little taste, add more strawberry, lime, honey or yoghurt as you feel necessary but it’s actually very delicious as it is! We hope you enjoy it 🙂
