Sticky Pork with Sweet Chilli Rice Noodles

150g pork medallions
veg of your choice to stir fry
1 portion uncooked rice noodles
100g caster sugar
1 garlic clove, chopped
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp sesame oil plus extra for frying
1/2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

In this video Barry shows you how to make an incredibly simple sticky pork stir fry dish that’s packed full of flavour! Pork is caramelised in sugar with garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce, then served up with wok fried tenderstem vegetables and sweet chilli rice noodles – super simple, super good!

Filmed on a Canon Legria Mini straight out the box so apologies if I don’t look too comfortable with it – great camera though!
