Simple Pork Ragu

350g pasta
400g pork mince
1 garlic clove
tsp chilli flakes
1 onion
400g chopped tomatoes
150ml white wine
pinch ground cinnamon
250ml water
chicken stock cube
2tbsp tomato puree
few thyme sprigs
fresh chopped parsley & parmesan to serve
