Homemade White Chocolate

110g cocoa butter – 100% edible *or else you will DIE*
90g icing sugar
heaped tsp powdered milk
1tsp vanilla essence / vanilla pod seeds
pinch salt

In this video recipe Barry shows you how to make homemade white chocolate in the microwave. Cocoa butter is the key ingredient to get hold of here, melting it up and mixing with some common household ingredients produces a great customisable white chocolate from hope that you can put in your mould of choice and enjoy!
