Ingredients

70g cake flour aka sponge flour
70g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch teaspoon salt
2 tbsp milk
70g butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
5 large eggs, seperated
140g granulated sugar 140g split in two batches of 70g
1/4 tsp cream of tarter

Filling:
2 tsp hot water pinch salt 200g fluff 200g butter 40g icing sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla
