Homemade Churros

350ml water
325g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
55g unsalted butter
1tsp vanilla extract
200g dark chocolate
150ml cream
1tbsp maple syrup
2tbsp milk
125g caster sugar
1tbsp ground cinnamon
1 litre vegetable / sunflower oil

In this video Barry shows you how to make homemade churros with a simple chocolate dipping sauce. These deep fried delights are insanely good, but very naughty traditionally made longer Barry opts for bite size versions coated in a lovely cinnamon sugar.
