Ingredients

Batter:
120g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1 egg
pinch salt
tsp baking soda
120 caster sugar
55g sour cream
55g unsalted butter, softened
180ml Guinness
1 tsp vanilla essence

For the icing:
75g icing sugar
35g butter
few drops of mint extract
green food colouring
white beads to decorate
