4 small smoked / peppered herring
(or other fish)
6 slices of halloumi cheese
250g back mixed salad leaves
6 asparagus spears 1 red chilli
100ml olive oil tbsp mustard
3 spring onions 2 lemons
1/4 red onion handful fresh mint
1 tortilla wrap
