1tbsp icing sugar
2 egg whites
200g cherries, pitted & halved
100g raspberries, washed
30g caster sugar
100ml black coffee
2tbsp cherry cordial
1 small madeira sponge cake
white & dark chocolate & chopped nuts to serve
