Cherry blender muffins

Ingredients

100g rolled porridge oats

2 bananas

2 eggs

220ml low fat greek yoghurt

3tbsp honey

1tbsp almond butter

1tsp baking powder

1tsp bicarb of soda

150g cherries, pitted and roughly chopped

handful of flaked almonds

These cherry blender muffins are super delicious – simply chuck all the ingredients into a blender, whizz up and bake away, delicious moist, squidgy bakes that will rock your socks!

So yep, chuck all of the ingredients (apart from the flaked almonds and cherries, just add 2 or 3 of those) into the blender and whizz up until smooth. Pour the batter evenly into cupcake cases, then sprinkle over more chopped cherries and sprinkle over the flaked almonds.

Bake at Gas mark 4 or equivalent see temperature conversion charts until golden brown.

Allow to cool fully on a wire rack, then gobble up!
