Brazilian Hot Dogs

250 g mince
1/4 onion
Small heap of mash potato
Sweet corn
1 carrot, grated
Large handful of shredded lettuce
8 olives sliced
Tomato ketchup
English mustard
1/2 green pepper, chopped
200 ml beef stock
1 tsp tomato puree
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tsp lime juice
4 hot dog buns
4 hot dog sausages

In this video recipe Barry is in the videojug kitchen celebratating the World Cup in style with these Brazilian hot dogs – and be warned, they put some pretty crazy stuff in them including mashed potato!
