2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Fillets
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Ciabatta Rolls
Mayo
Handful of Rocket Salad
Black Pepper

The chicken here is moist with a lovely charred finish, you can tweak the seasoning to your liking of course and then it’s served up in the simplest charred buns with a pepper mayo and rocket salad!
