Bacon Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

2tsp golden syrup / corn syrup
125g bacon rashers
150g butter (unsalted)
250g light brown sugar
75g cocoa powder
1tsp bicarb
150g chocolate chips
150g plain flour
4 eggs

In this video recipe Barry shows you how to make enormous bacon chocolate brownies! They are quite simply amazing and will certainly keep people guessing when they try them! The bacon is caramelised for sweetness so it’s not too overpowering in fact, why not get people to try them first of all and then tell them afterwards there is bacon in there!!
