Jar of pesto sauce
2 spring onions, finely chopped
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
5-6 asparagus spears halved, chopped and part boiled
2 large handfuls of peas
2 eggs Fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Block of Parmesan, to serve
Juice from half a lemon
