1/2 onion, diced 1/2 green pepper, chopped 200g mushooms, finely sliced 2tbsp tomato puree 1 400g tin plum tomatoes 1tsp dried italian herbs 100g shredded mozzarella 100g grated cheddar 50g grated parmesan 1 egg beaten ready made pizza dough (or make from scratch)
