2 cooking apples, 4 granny smith apples,  tablespoon raisins, sheet of ready made shortcrust pastry, 100ml double cream, 40g butter, 40g dark sugar, 2tbsp treacle, 1tbsp golden syrup, 50g white sugar, pinch cinnamon, 1tbsp brown sugar
