The 1970’s loved their gelatine recipes, including this wonderful delight – the Cranberry Salad Candle! It sounds weird, but to be honest back in the 70’s this was actually probably quite a fun thing. Although I couldn’t get the flavoured gelatine sachets which probably had a way different concentration ratio, I was pleasantly surprised by how this turned out!
