Sticky Chicken Teriyaki Wraps

1 tbsp olive oil
500g boneless chicken thighs, diced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp caster sugar
Small piece of fresh ginger, grated
Pinch sesame seeds
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 flatbreads
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Small tin of pineapple chunks
1/2 a cucumber, chopped lengthways
1 tomato, sliced
