Navajo Taco

Ingredients

Ready made bread dough
(or make your own!)
500g beef mince
200ml water
2tbsp taco seasoning
4tbsp olive oil
toppings of your choice!

I’d not heard of Navajo (which i’m probably pronouncing wrong throughout the video!) Tacos, until a request came through on here on a previous recipe. It sounded awesome and indeed it was a very fun thing to make or perhaps construct is a better word!
Essential the taco is a fried bread base, normally homemade but here i’ve bought some dough from the shops and topped it with taco seasoned mince and a load of classic stuff – cheese, sour cream, etc yeah baby this is good! Loving this navajo taco recipe.
