Salted Caramel Custard Creams

Ingredients

100g butter, 100g plain flour, 50g caster sugar, 50g custard powder, 2tsp vanilla extract
Salted Caramel Custard Filling
125g caster sugar, 4tbsp water, 100ml double cream, pinch salt (to your liking!), 1tsp vanilla extract, 150g butter, 200g icing sugar, 1tbsp custard powder

Here Barry makes a little twist on the homemade biscuit the custard cream by wedging it between a salted caramel filling – unbelievable stuff!
