Phoebe’s Tuna Pasta Bake

400g pasta (cooked)
1 yellow pepper, chopped
300g tinned tuna (swap for more veggies / cooked beef mince etc if you prefer)
500g passata (or chopped tomatoes)
100g grated cheese
1 carrot, grated
1tbsp mixed herbs
pinch salt & pepper
