Lets try out a cold smoker machine…

In this video I finally decide to try out a cold smoker called ‘the smoking gun’ i’ve had for quite a while here at home. This thing enables you to cold smoke anything! Whilst it doesn’t cook the food, cold smoking is designed to flavour it, so we make a pecan tart, some baked ribs and for the fun of it smoke a Terry’s chocolate orange!
