Jelly / Jello Colours / Flavours of your choice
(Use half the recommended water to set for each)
Milk, condensed milk, yoghurt to lighten layers
Spray oil for your tin

In this recipe Barry shows you how to make an impressive looking jelly rainbow cake made up of numerous layers of your favourite flavours! This jelly cake was chucked together in quite a rush using the freezer in 5 Hours, but it’s really designed for you to take your time and make it look as impressive as possible – and the possibilities are endless too.
