Sauce Ingredients
knob of butter
170g mushrooms
1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
300g passata
170ml whipping cream
90g parmesan
Filling – hit pause
1 Egg
Filling Ingredients
200g beef mince
1 garlic clove
small bunch chopped parsley
1 slice of breadcrumbs
pinch of salt & pepper
tsp nutmeg
