2 eggs, room temperature
60g plain flour, (1/2 cup)
60g caster sugar, (1/4 cup)
1 pack orange jelly mix
200g dark chocolate (1 cup)

In this extremely simple video recipe Barry Lewis shows you how to make some delicious homemade jaffa cakes. The great thing about these is how easy they are to customise and alter the flavour, Jaffa cakes are one of my most favourite snacks and this is a great chance to have a go at making your own this really is the most basic way to make them so feel free to ramp them up a bit with marmalade, orange zest, juice or even extract
