Ingredients
Ingredients for Basils Bacon Spaghetti
35og dried spaghetti
3 rashers bacon, chopped roughly
80ml olive oil
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 spring onions, ends trimmed, finely chopped
1 red chillie, chopped
handful fresh basil, chopped
pepper & parmesan, to serve
Ingredients for apricot biscuits
50 g dried apricots
300 g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
100 g ground almonds
100 g caster sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
250 g cold unsalted butter, cubed
250 g good-quality apricot jam
