Crab Cakes

225g crabmeat, 50g breadcrumbs, 2tbsp chopped parsley, 1 egg, 1tsp golden syrup, tsp paprika, tsp pepper,  1tbsp chopped spring onions,  mayonaise & sweet chilli sauce for the dip, asparagus spears, knob of butter, 1tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1tbsp olive oil
