Caramel Cream Choux Buns

Ingredients

Choux pastry

80ml water, 40g butter, 50g plain flour, 2 beaten eggs

Cream filling
200ml double cream, 1tsp vanilla essence, 1 tbsp caster sugar

Caramel topping
100g brown sugar, 3tbsp milk, 2tbsp butter, 150g icing / confectioners sugar
