pack of tortilla wraps
2/3 cod fillets or other fish of your choice
equal amounts of oregano, salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper & paprika
handful cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
3 pineapple rings
good handful of coriander
1 lemon
250g mayo
drop of sour cream
tsp mustard
pinch of ground black pepper
