I was very kindly given a Garfield cake tin from the 1980’s from my friend Stuart. It’s quite a fun tin in that it creates a 3D cake shape … but then thinking about it aren’t all cakes 3D?! When you see the cake tin you’ll get what I mean, this thing bakes upside-down! It’s pretty fun, so I made the cake, i’m terrible at icing but it turned out ok and then finished with a Garfield style twist on lasagne!
Hope you enjoy the video. There’s no real recipe as it was just vanilla sponge mix and buttercream dyed! It makes me want to get hold of more fun baking tins now though!
