200g ’00’ flour
pinch salt
2tbsp cooked spinach / beetroot drained well.

In this video, Barry heads to Cardiff to learn from some awesome pasta master legends the Chiappa sisters how to make homemade rainbow pasta. The ingredients you’ll need are super simple, and it’s really fun to do, plus using these ingredients you can make cool colours using natural ingredients too that taste great and look awesome.

I boiled mine for literally one minute and it tasted like edible velvet – you must give this a go, if you don’t have a pasta machine you better get that rolling pin out!
