2 small pieces of cod, 6 slices of prosciutto, ready roll puff pastry sheet, 2tbsp creme fraiche, 1.5tbsp green pesto, handful sliced mushrooms, 5 asparagus spears, 2tsp parmesan, pine nuts, 1 lemon
