Pineapple Lemonade

Ingredients

1 lemon

2 slices of pineapple

400ml water (1.6 cups)

100ml pineapple juice (0.4 cups)

3tbsp sugar

handful ice cubes

extra ice, lime and pineapple slices to garnish

Pineapple lemonade is a gorgeous recipe for you to try indeedy! It’s simple, quick, hassle free and refreshing, perfect for cooling down on a hot day! The steps are so so easy.

Simple grab your food blender and whizz up the lemon and pineapple slices for 10 seconds into a pulp, then pour in the water and pineapple juice (you can change the ratio to alter the flavour), also add the sugar (this can be tweaked too if you want it less sweet but takes away the lemon bitterness). Whizz this up for 15 seconds until merged. Pass through a sieve to drain off any excess pulp and pour into your glass.
Serve with pineapple chunks, lime slices and ice cubes. Delicious!
