6 Ginger Biscuits
300g Cream Cheese
1tbsp Natural Yoghurt
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1tbsp Caster Sugar
250g Raspberries
50ml Water
2tbsp Icing Sugar
4 Peach Slices
Handful Chopped Hazlenuts

In this recipe video, Barry shows you how to make  an incredibly simple, yet wonderfully delicious peach melba cheesecake. They’re so easy to chuck together once you get the hang of them you could really personalise them. These are peach melba themed, with the peach slices drenched in a raspberry sauce with hazlenuts. It looks pretty darn impressive too, so wow your friends when in actual fact it took very little effort – good times!!
