Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

handful ice (crushed)
1 banana
1 mango, chopped
500ml orange juice (17.5oz)

In this cooking with kids drink recipe video my two Daughters join me to show you how to make a mango smoothie, it’s absolutely delicious with mango, banana & orange juice kicking in together!

For this recipe you will need a blender that can break down ice (make sure to use the right attachment or you will damage your other one and not break ice efficiently). Plonk your ice into the blender and break down into small chunks, it is worth noting that a handful is enough for this recipe, which makes 4 glasses full, of course adjust this if you want it thicker though.

Add the remaining fruit into the blender and whizz for a good minute until well mixed and the banana pieces have been broken fine along with the mango.

Serve immediately in glasses and let your tastebuds explode with happiness!
