60g gum base
90g powdered sugar
3 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp glycerine
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
5 drops strawberry flavouring / colouring

In this video recipe Barry shows you how to make bubble gum. After recently making chewing gum the ingredients get switched up slightly and for ease of use all chucked in the microwave – it’s quite tricky to do, when folding in the icing sugar but a good little project to give a try for sure – especially as you can customise the colours, shapes, and flavours!
