Indian Omelette

2 Eggs
Good Handful freshly chopped coriander plus a bit extra for serving
pinch of salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
tsp of butter
pinch of turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander and cumin ground mixed
1 tsp coriander seeds
pinch of chilli powder
1/3 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1/4 tsp fresh chopped ginger
1/3tsp fresh chopped chilli we used finger chillies

Barry heads to the Sweet Cumin Indian Cookery School in Somerset and learns how to make a delicious and extremely simple Spicy Indian Omelette. The recipe is super simple, vegetarian and full of flavour but you can tweak it any way you like. Most of the ingredients used are available in every day supermarkets too, it really is a super speedy recipe so give it a go and impress your friends!
