In this video recipe let me show you how simple it is to make easy homemade lemonade in a matter of seconds! All you need is three ingredients!

Now this recipe makes me want to make my own homemade lemonade stand and head to my local beach, this would sell out in seconds, it is so good, fast, easy & flexible – you must try this!

Simply place your lemons into a blender and whizz up to a rough pulp, then add in a handful of ice cubes (if you want it cold in one glass, alternatively add ice at the end) and whizz up again until broken down. Top up with half of your cold tap water and then plonk in your sugar, give this a gentle whizz around for a moment in the blender to dissolve the sugar.

Pass the mixture through a sieve again, then add the pulp back into the blender adding the other half of the water. Blend again, pass through the sieve into a jug and stir with some additional ice. Tweak to taste, if you want it stronger add some more lemon juice, sweeter add sugar, weaker add water.

If you are feeling flash finish with a few chunks of lemon and some mint! Obviously if you want to make a larger size just scale the recipe up to fill jugs etc.
