1 tin of chickpeas (drained), 1 lemon, 1 garlic clove, 2tbsp flour, 1tsp ground cumin, tsp chilli powder, tsp paprika, 1/2 red onion, handful fresh coriander, pitta breads, salad of your choice, sweet chilli sauce

In this video Barry shows you how to make a falafel recipe stuffed in a pita bread with salad and a sweet chilli sauce. This is an incredibly addictive dish to make that can be varied that even non-veggies will love!
