2 skinless chicken breasts
400g fresh penne pasta
400ml low fat double cream
2tbsp ground cumin (for chicken)
1 avocado, in small cubes
1 tomato, in small cubes
Pinch lemon zest
Handful freshly chopped parsley
1 tbp ground cumin (for sauce)
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper
1tbsp grated parmesan
