500g beef mince, 4 portabella mushrooms, 1 carrot, 1 garlic clove, 300ml red wine, tbsp balsamic vinegar, 10 baby potatoes, salt and pepper, pinch paprika, salad of your choice, 4tbsp mayonnaise, 1 lemon, 1 lime
