Basic Green Thai Curry

Ingredients

Curry:
2 large spoonfulls Thai green curry paste,
1 tbsp sugar, 1 lemongrass stalk,
800g chicken chunks, tsp ginger grated,
handful of crushed kaffir lime leaves,
400ml can coconut milk, 1tbsp fish sauce
Chopped coriander, 1 lime.
Rice:
1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 garlic clove,
1 onion, 200g basmati rice,
220 ml coconut milk, 220ml water
