4 chicken breasts, 2tbsp sweetcorn, handful fresh parsley, 3 sprigs rosemary, 4 rashers bacon, 1/2 an onion, 2 big handfuls spinach, 1tsp chopped rosemary, 1 tin cannelinni beans, 1 tin kidney beans, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper
