Steak and Cheese Macaroni Pan Bake

Ingredients

800 g Ground Beef
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Green Peppers Chopped
2 Peeled Chooped Carrots
1 Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Dried Basil
2 tsp Dried Oregano
2 Tins of Chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Chilli Powder
Kosher or Coarse Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
350 g Dried Macaroni
160 g Cheddar Cheese

In this video recipe for a delicious Steak and cheese macaroni pan bake i’m back in the videojug kitchen putting together this absolute stonker!

STEP 1: FRY OFF INGREDIENTS
Fry your meat over a medium heat until brown. Drain off the fat and put the mince to the side. Wipe the pan clean and add a tbsp. of olive oil. Add your onions, green peppers and carts and fry for 5-7 mins. Add the garlic and fry for a minute. Return the mince to the pan and add you herbs. Give everything a good mix in the pan.

STEP 2: ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS AND LEAVE TO COOK
Next add your chopped tomatoes, the paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Leave the mixture to bubble for 10 minutes. Add your macaroni and cook for 10-12 minutes. Season.

STEP 3: FINISH AND SERVE
Once the macaroni is cooked sprinkle over your cheese, leave to melt for a few minutes and then serve.
