Ninja Toaster Review – Genius or Gimmick?
The Ninja Toaster claims to be a 3-in-1 powerhouse, but does it actually deliver? In this Ninja Toaster review, I put it through a full range of tests—toast, paninis, cheese melts, and even baking. This is a completely independent review, just like when I tested out a smoker in a previous review check that out here.
Does the Ninja Toaster Make Good Toast?
Since it’s a toaster first and foremost, I expected great results. Surprisingly, even on level seven, the toast was underwhelming—not as golden and crispy as I’d hoped. Oddly, bagel mode was far too strong on the highest setting, nearly burning the bagel.
Grill and Panini Mode – A Strong Feature
Things improved with grill and panini mode. A store-bought panini came out perfectly warm and gooey, and the cheese melt function did a great job, producing a bubbly, melted top without burning the bread.
Baking with the Ninja Toaster
The bake mode was hit and miss. Reheating pizza worked well, though it didn’t blow me away. The pain au chocolat puffed up nicely but browned too quickly, meaning lower heat or foil might help. Cookies were tricky—on my first attempt, they turned into thick, scone-like shapes, but after adjusting the temperature and flattening them, they baked much better.
Final Verdict: Should You Buy It?
The Ninja Toaster is great for small kitchens or couples, but if you just want the best toast possible, a standard toaster is the better option.
