150ml double / heavy cream (5.3 oz)
300g orange chocolate (10.5 oz)
1 orange (replace with orange extract if you prefer)
200g butter (7 oz)
300g light brown sugar (10.5 oz)
2 eggs
300g self raising flour (10.5 oz)
80g cocoa powder (2.8 oz)
1 tsp baking powder
160g choc chunks (5.6 oz)
zest of orange & melted orange chocolate to finish

These double chocolate orange cookies are mind blowing! The best thing about them is they were made up of recipe ideas sent in by you guys too, so it really feels like ‘the peoples cookie!’. Essentially this double chocolate orange cookie is two gorgeous cookies wedged with a chocolate ganache and topped with a zesty orange finish! Absolute stonkers and another recipe from my cookie month! Others this month have included these stuffed rolo cookies or oatmeal and raisin cookies both amazing!
