Cooking with a salt block

I was very kindly sent a salt block for my Birthday and had not even heard of one before. It is literally a mined large piece of salt with massive temperature tolerance both in extreme heat and cold. I can’t quite push it to the level of liquid nitrogen, however… I can attempt to make lime chocolate, pizza, steak and chips, plus a gravlax over 4 days all using different cooking methods with the block. This was a lot more fun that I thought it could be, hope you enjoy as much as salt bae would.
